Reflective writing

The process of this work was one where i enjoyed every bit of it. It feels so good to do something different-although similar things have been done before- and new to myself as an artist.

I covered my body in black paint and put my body on top of a big canvas

i had help from my friend, Ava, who read different words to me that would led my mind back into memories and then, my body responses in way of movements would leave traces on the canvas. Turning the canvas into an alive painting filled with emotions coming from my mind directly to my body.
